Step 1
Connect your store(s)
Use our ready-made connectors or API to sync orders, inventory and returns with our WMS—no spreadsheets required. We support single-brand and multi-brand vehicle parts setups across Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, marketplaces and custom stores, including mapping for SKUs, references, kits and B2B accounts.
Step 2
Inbound & QA
We receive pallets, cartons or containers, verify quantities, scan barcodes and apply category-specific QC: checking packaging strength, labels, visible damage, matching part numbers and, where applicable, basic checks for sensitive components. Optional relabeling, language labels or channel-specific barcodes can be added to meet EU, French and retailer requirements.
Step 3
Storage & visibility
Stock is stored in appropriate zones based on size, weight, rotation and picking frequency—pallet locations for heavy or bulky parts, shelves for mid-sized items and bins for small components and fasteners. Through our WMS you get real-time inventory by SKU, part number, kit and channel, plus reporting for replenishment, minimum stock and purchasing.

Step 4
Pick, Pack, Present
Orders are picked according to your SOPs and channel rules. We handle heavy, sharp, fragile and long items with the right equipment and packaging, use strong cartons and fillers, and can include packing slips, installation leaflets and branded inserts. Same-day dispatch is available on eligible orders from our French and EU hubs.

Step 5
Shipping across the EU
We use optimized carrier services from our FR/DE/PL hubs to cover France and the wider EU. You can define rules for standard parcels, heavy parcels, long parcels and multi-parcel orders, choose between speed-focused or cost-efficient services, and offer home delivery, business delivery or pickup-point options—balancing reliability, cost and promised delivery dates.
Step 6
Returns, warranty & cores
We process returns according to your playbook, with dedicated flows for fitment errors, warranty cases and (where applicable) core returns. Parts are inspected and graded; usable items can be re-packed and restocked, routed to outlet channels or recycled. Core and warranty flows are documented so your team can decide on credit, refurbishment or scrap with full traceability.
