How It Works

Step 1
Connect your store(s)
Use our ready-made connectors or API to sync orders, inventory and returns with our WMS—no spreadsheets required. We support single-brand and multi-brand luggage & bag setups across Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, marketplaces and custom stores, with clean mapping for sizes, colors, collections and limited drops.
Step 2
Inbound & QA
We receive pallets, cartons or containers, verify quantities, scan barcodes and apply category-specific QC: checking shells and fabrics, zippers, handles, wheels, straps, lining and logos for visible defects or damage. Optional relabeling, price stickers, hangtags or channel-specific barcodes can be added to support retailers and marketplaces.
Step 3
Storage & visibility
Stock is stored in appropriate zones based on dimensions, value and turnover—pallet or rack locations for suitcases and duffels, shelves and bins for backpacks, handbags and accessories. Through our WMS you get real-time inventory by SKU, size, color, collection or channel, plus reporting for replenishment, seasonality and slow movers.

Step 4
Pick, Pack, Present
Orders are picked according to your SOPs and channel rules. We handle hard-shell and soft luggage, structured handbags, backpacks and technical bags with dedicated packing standards: stuffing, dust bags, polybags, corner protection and sturdy cartons where needed. Same-day dispatch is available on eligible orders from our French and EU hubs.

Step 5
Shipping across the EU
We use optimized carrier services from our FR/DE/PL hubs to cover France and the wider EU. You can define rules for standard parcels, oversized parcels and multi-parcel orders, choose between speed-focused or cost-efficient services, and offer home delivery or pickup-point options—balancing freight cost, promise dates and unboxing experience.
Step 6
Returns & outlet flows
We process returns according to your playbook, with dedicated flows for try-ons, scuffs and lightly used luggage & bags. Items are inspected and graded; where possible we clean, re-stuff, re-bag and rebox products for full-price or outlet resale. Heavily damaged items can be routed to secondary channels, sampling, staff sales or recycling. Reporting shows recovery and write-off by style and channel.
