Can you store and ship very large or nested luggage sets?
Yes. We can store nested sets or single items, treat sets as one unit in the WMS, and ensure all pieces ship together. We review your product range during onboarding to design the right storage and packing approach.
How do you protect suitcases and bags from scuffs and deformation?
We use stuffing, dust bags or polybags, corner and edge protection where needed, and cartons or wraps suited to your SKUs. Packing SOPs are defined per product type so structure and surfaces are protected in transit.
Can you manage premium and outlet stock separately?
Absolutely. We can keep full-price and outlet grades separate physically or logically, apply different packing rules and route each to the appropriate channels, while sharing clear reporting on stock and sell-through.
Do you support personalization or add-ons (tags, locks, accessories)?
Yes, where processes are defined. We can add tags, locks or accessories to specific SKUs or orders and include branded or personalized elements (e.g. luggage tags) within agreed SOPs and lead times.
