How It Works

Step 1
Connect your store(s)
Use our ready-made connectors or API to sync orders, inventory and returns with our WMS—no spreadsheets required. We support single-brand and multi-brand furniture setups across Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, marketplaces and custom stores, with clean mapping for sets, variants, colors, sizes and spare parts.
Step 2
Inbound & QA
We receive containers, trucks, pallets or individual cartons, verify quantities, scan barcodes and apply furniture-specific QC: checking packaging integrity, corner protection, visible damage and labeling. Optional relabeling, language labels, safety stickers or channel-specific barcodes can be added to support retailers and marketplaces.
Step 3
Storage & visibility
Stock is stored in appropriate zones based on dimensions, weight and turnover—from pallet racks and bulk locations for large boxes to shelves and bins for small décor and hardware. Through our WMS you get real-time inventory by SKU, color, set, component or channel, plus reporting for replenishment, bulky stock, seasonality and slow movers.

Step 4
Pick, Pack, Present
Orders are picked according to your SOPs and channel rules. We handle multi-carton orders, heavy pieces and fragile elements with suitable equipment and packaging, add extra corner or edge protection where needed, and can include assembly instructions, hardware kits and branded inserts. Same-day dispatch is available on eligible orders from our French and EU hubs.

Step 5
Shipping across the EU
We use optimized carrier services from our FR/DE/PL hubs to cover France and the wider EU. You can define rules for standard parcels, oversized parcels, multi-parcel orders and pallet shipments, choose between speed-focused or cost-efficient services and offer home delivery or pickup-point options where available—keeping freight under control while meeting customer expectations.
Step 6
Returns that protect your brand
We process returns according to your playbook, with special flows for damaged, incomplete or partially used furniture. Items can be inspected, graded, separated into usable components, refurbished, reboxed, routed to outlet or recycled. We also manage spare-part logistics—so instead of returning an entire item, you can ship a missing or damaged component and protect margin.
