Inbound & QA

Storage & visibility
Stock is stored in the most suitable zones (racks, shelves, bins) according to rotation, weight and product type—separating food, treats, toys, accessories and liquids where needed. Through our WMS you get real-time inventory by SKU, batch/lot or channel, plus reporting for replenishment, shelf-life and purchasing.

Pick, Pack, Present
Orders are picked according to your SOPs and channel rules. We handle bulky bags, multi-item bundles and fragile goods with care, use suitable outer packaging, and can include branded inner materials, care guides or promo inserts. Same-day dispatch is available on eligible orders from our French and EU hubs.

Shipping across the EU
We use optimized carrier services from our FR/DE/PL hubs to cover France and the wider EU. You can offer home delivery and pickup-point options, choose between speed-focused or cost-efficient services, and define rules for heavy, oversized or multi-parcel shipments without overpaying on freight.

We process returns according to your playbook, with particular attention to safety, hygiene and resale rules.
