Operational Specifications for XOR3
Effective cooperation with XOR3 requires an understanding of its role as one of the primary consolidation centers in northern France. Due to the massive traffic volume in the Châtres logistics cluster, this facility applies rigorous security procedures and vehicle flow management. This means that any discrepancy in transport documentation or a delay relative to the Carrier Central time window results in the immediate rejection of the transport.

Preparing Your Inventory for XOR3
Navigating the specific requirements of the Seine-et-Marne logistics corridor requires a proactive approach to inventory flow and administrative resilience. FLEX. serves as your strategic partner, providing the infrastructure needed to turn complex French logistics into a competitive advantage. Evaluate these core pillars to see how our solutions can streamline your path into the French market:
Does your stock require professional auditing to meet French intake rules? Success at the Châtres docks starts with 100% physical compliance. Our FBA prep in France provides a final safety and quality audit before your goods reach the gate. We manage the stabilization of Euro-pallets, ensure barcode placement is optimized for automated scanners, and verify that every unit is "Receive-Ready," neutralizing the risk of warehouse rejections.
Are you looking for a way to resolve complex cross-border documentation? Navigating the fiscal landscape of France can be a bottleneck for international sellers. Our customs clearance in France service manages the heavy lifting of regional compliance at our staging points. We pre-verify your documentation and VAT status to ensure that your inventory arrives at the XOR3 terminal as "domestic-ready" freight, bypassing customs-related delays.
Do you need a local hub to process removals and protect your IPI? Maintaining a lean inventory at XOR3 is essential for long-term profitability and storage health. Our service for B2C returns & Amazon.fr removals provides a professional destination for your non-moving or returned stock. We receive your removals, performing detailed quality checks and re-kitting items so they can be reintegrated into your sales channels—saving you from expensive disposal fees or long-term storage penalties.
To maintain a strategic overview of your global operations, you can leverage our Amazon Fulfillment Centers directory to monitor shifting requirements and perfectly position your stock between your staging hubs and the French market.
