Pallets:
EU Deliveries:Ā Standard 800 x 1,200 mm Euro/CHEP pallets.
Condition & Treatment:Ā Pallets must be unbroken; international shipments must be heat-treated to ISPM-15 standards. Pallet exchange is not available.
Height Limits:Ā MaxĀ 1.8 mĀ for a single pallet. Double-stacked limits areĀ 3.0 mĀ for France (including pallet height).
Weight Limits:Ā Total weight of a pallet must not exceedĀ 500 kg.
Box and Pallet Labels:
Pallet labels:Ā Must be placed in the top right-hand corner of one side, showing seller name, addresses, PO numbers, box count, and pallet number.
Mixed SKUs:Ā Pallets with mixed but visually similar items must be labeled "mixed merchandise" or "mixed SKUs".
Box weight:Ā Cartons must not exceedĀ 23 kg. Individual cartons over 15 kg must be labeled "Heavy package" on the top and sides.
Box labels:Ā Must be laser-printed and placed flat on the outside of the box (do not cross seams or edges).
Wrapping and Stability:
Pallets must be tightly secured withĀ clear stretch-wrapĀ (at least 3 times per quarter) without knots.
Inventory must remain stable on the pallet even after the stretch wrap is removed.
