Pick, Pack, Present

Orders are picked according to your SOPs and channel rules. We use neutral outer packaging, optional branded inner materials, and can include care leaflets or inserts if you wish. Same-day dispatch is available on eligible orders from our French and EU hubs.

Shipping across the EU

We use optimized carrier services from our FR/DE/PL hubs to cover France and the wider EU. You can offer a mix of home delivery and pickup-point options, and choose between speed-focused or cost-efficient services while keeping labels and tracking pages neutral.

We process returns according to your playbook, with particular attention to hygiene, safety and resale rules. Do you ship adult products in discreet packaging?
Yes. We use neutral outer packaging and can adjust label content, sender name and paperwork wording within legal and carrier limits. Branded elements can be kept inside the parcel only.
Are there any products you cannot store or ship?
We can handle most adult products and sexual wellness items, but some restricted or hazardous goods (certain batteries, aerosols, liquids or chemicals) may need extra checks. We review your catalog first and confirm what’s allowed.
How do you handle hygiene and returns for opened items?
Returns are processed according to your policy and category rules. Many items, once opened, are not eligible for resale and are quarantined, scrapped or recycled. Where hygiene and regulations allow, we can refurbish or restock under strict SOPs.
Can you work with multiple brands or stores in the same category?
Yes. We can manage multi-brand and multi-store setups from one inventory pool while keeping reporting, stock segmentation and access rights separated. Each brand can have its own packaging rules, SLAs and return workflows.
