Most eCommerce operators audit their 3PL invoice the way they scan a bank statement: looking for the obvious fraud. Duplicate charges. A weird spike. A new āservice feeā nobody remembers approving. Thatās not where the margin leak lives.

too long,

average billed weight per order,
oversize/additional handling rate,
